I need a live person to fix my IP address

Two of my 3 TVs suddenly will not allow me to watch on local channels. It says I am not at my home address. You tube is my provider and I spent HOURS on the phone with them yesterday to try to get this straightened out. They indicated that my IP address is wrong. Please help.

I have a firestick on the two TVs giving me problems. All I had to do was unplug that device, wait 5 minutes and replug it. Problem solved.
