I live in White Lake. Local channels keep freezing, but many work just fine

Weather channel has zero issues.   But CNN, ABC, NBC, Fox and many others play, freeze, play, freeze.   For well over a day.  I rebooted my cable box and it's on your end because other channels work fine.
