I have a contract for certain channels and they remove them? So long Comcast!
I signed a 2 yr deal with Comcast. Locked in rate with the channels I wanted. Then in Oct. they take TCM away and put in a sports pkg. I complain and they supposedly give me TCM back at no cost till end of my contract(Dec. 20th) Well, my bill comes in and they charged me twice for the sports pkg. I speak to someone and they agree that I should be getting it free till end of contract. But the new bill still has it on. Thinking they will reimburse me for it I pay it. The new bill now shows $20 more the next time. It has gone up $40+ since Nov!!! Then I go to watch the retro channel and the thing said this channel is not available. I have been a loyal customer and never left Comcast but this is about it. I am ready to cut the cord. They are making me sign a contract I cannot get out of unless I pay a hefty fee but they can change what they want during said contract. WAY WRONG! I hate to leave but its the principle.
