I can't get my cable to work at all

Hi, I can't get my cable to work at all. I unplugged the box. I even tried Xfinity Stream, but that doesn't work. I tried calling the local stores, but I can't get through. I also tried calling the corporate number, and I can't get through there either. My internet is working; it's just my TV service that isn't. I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico, area code 87114.
