I can not stream online my local channels

I launch the Xfinity.com/stream from computer, hardwired to the router. I have been able to just click on a local channel and state I want to Watch it. Now that is grayed out and it says I need to use WiFi. I can not do it from the Android app on my phone.

I change the modem/router from Xfinity to my personal modem and router as my Xfinity stopped and I get better coverage from my personal hardware.

So why can I not see and choose the ability to Watch local TV on my computer?

6863537, Thanks so much for reaching out to us at Xfinity Support. There could be a few reasons this is happening. If you are still having issues with this, please send us a DM with your name and full address by doing the following: 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
