Using your Xfinity Voice Remote, say "System Refresh", or press the A button, select the System Refresh tile, and press OK. This will refresh your TV box and may resolve common service issues. Unplug the power cord from the back of your TV box, wait about 10 seconds, and then plug it back in to restart the device. Open the Xfinity App, navigate to the Services tab, and select Troubleshoot TV Issues to run guided diagnostics and troubleshooting.
