HULU, Disney bundle

I have looked at and followed what has been said to do to fix the hulu commercial issue with Xfinity however it helps for maybe a couple commercials them started up again. Can someone fix this issue please I do not want to call and speak to someone who isn't in the US and obviously doesn't understand or know how to fix the issue,?
