We’ve canceled sports reminders for a team and yet they’re still showing up. The stream app shows them as disabled as well as through the TV. Is there some other place to disable them?
Greetings, @rpf75! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with these reminders, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance. Your account may just need to be refreshed with the runtime servers to confirm those preference changes. How long ago did you disable the reminders?

Why does Comcast feel that they need to put sports reminders on the last channel option like today that there is college football. Your customers know that there is college football and we don't need a cable company to tell us that.
I had my last channel option set up just the way I wanted today and here comes Comcast to totally screw it up.
So what does it take to tell whoever makes the decision at Comcast on these sports reminders that they are not needed as your customers know when games are scheduled and don't need these reminders.
