Hello, @SAP46! You are at the right place for help with activating Peacock. Such great content to enjoy! Please try these steps and let me know if you are able to watch or have any concerns along the way. We are happy to assist you!

  1. Go to xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and log in to your account with your primary Xfinity ID and password.
  2. You’ll reach the Xfinity StreamStore, where you can easily activate and manage your streaming subscriptions.
  3. Click Activate next to Peacock Premium.
  4. Enter the email address you want to use for your Peacock account. Then, click Continue.
  5. Create your Peacock password and provide other account details. Then, click Activate.
    • If you already have a Peacock account, you’ll be prompted to enter your existing Peacock email address and password. Then, click Sign In & Activate.
  6. You can now watch Peacock Premium content! To begin, click Start Watching Peacock.

The xfinity site tells me that Peacock Premium has been installed on my account. I can get Peacock Premium on my laptop, but not on my tv. Help!!

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening with your TV? Are you trying to log in to the Peacock app on a smart TV, or is this the Peacock app on an X1 cable box? Is it asking for your username and password, or is it bypassing that step and logging you in to the wrong profile?
