Hello, @user_404b10. Thanks for posting on our community forums for assistance with your Peacock subscription. This was redeemed through the Xfinity Rewards page, correct?

I'm having exactly the same issue. It is an offer from Xfinity Rewards. It specifically mentions me being an internet customer and an Xfinity Rewards member. I got to the "redeem rewards" page using the Xfinity App (this did not work at all using a browser on the web from my PC) and it said it was processing the request, and to wait 10 minutes then go to the Xfinity Assistant, log in, and click on "Activate Now" in the Peackock banner. I waited, logged into the assistant, but still do not see any Peacock banner or anything that says "Activate Now"
