How do I get AXS

When I look at my list of channels it shows AXS.  But if I tune to that channel it says I need to subscibe - why?

Hi: 

I really like AXS TV and have watched at my friends houses on Verizon, channel 569 in Montgomery County, Maryland

Unfortunately, so far I can't  get AXS TV on my xfinity service in Montgomery County.  Maybe I have been looking in the wrong place, can you tell me what's the status of AXS TV for me?

Hi @DMVer, Thanks for bringing this question to our Community. If you have our awesome Voice remote you can speak AXS TV into your remote to tune to that channel.

Our Xfinity Stream App is my favorite resource to view your lineup and search for tv networks. The app is free to download simply log in with your Xfinity username and password. Click on search and type in AXS TV or you can search by Networks to see a full list of all the networks included in your package. 

 

I can also check your channel subscription as well. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or DM

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
