How do I find a channel list, preferably printable, just for MY channels?

I'm managing the account of an elderly relative.  When we signed up for TV service, we were given a list of channels that is printed in a tiny, tiny font that she can't even begin to read.  I wanted to find her one that is accessible to an 80-year-old woman. I went to find her channels online and print it.  I've had zero luck

I know how to find a list of channels at her address.  The problem is that it shows every single channel that she could possibly subscribe to rather than the ones she's actually subscribed to.  That is hundreds of channels with hers mixed in randomly throughout.  That is not at all helpful - she'll spend hours switching to blank channels, and end up frustrated and giving up.  The guide, likewise, shows every channel, and it would take her an hour just to flip through the sheer number they show.

How do I find a printable list that only shows *her* channels?

@JohnTWilliams Hi there! We can look into that for you. Have you tried out this link yet? https://comca.st/3FovwRE

I just tried it out to be sure and was able to sign into my account. Once I did that, the full list of channels that are part of my lineup appear in pretty big font.

@XfinityJodie That link shows ALL channels that are available in our area, whether we are subscribed to them or not. (E.g., it shows Cinemax, but we don't subscribe to Cinemax.)
I'm looking for a way to print out the equivalent of just the channels that are "free to me".

Thanks for clarifying this for us @SinceRogers. Unfortunately, there is no way to see that lineup. However, we do have filter options in our awesome X1 platform that will allow you to show only channels that are subscribed to you.

The link: https://comca.st/3NGL8CJ can be helpful in locating your channel lineup for your address. Another great feature would be to use our Free to Me Filter (which is a filter for only those programs included in your subscription) on your TV box. You can follow the link: https://comca.st/3y6ZAOC to learn more! I have this on my own TV so that my kids do not try to subscribe to any channels I do not want and doesn't tempt me to want to watch a channel I do not have! If you have any additional questions you can reach out to the Digital Care Team at any time as we are here 24/7! We can assist with all your account needs from troubleshooting together to billing inquiries and more!
