The chat icon looks like a little notepad and is located at the top right of this page. For me, it is in the white title bar, just down from the top of the page. Click on that to send a message. You will want to type or select "Xfinity Support" for the handle you are sending the message to. We look forward to hearing from you.
When I click on what says 'peer to peer chat', there's nothing that says 'xfinity support'.

Are you able to try a different browser to access the peer-to-peer chat? If not, can you please try clearing your cache and cookies and then attempt to send us that private message?
