How do a record a specific channel at a specific time?

So last night I learn that ESPN will be broadcasting the Master's at 7:30 on Saturday AM.  I want to record this.  On the guide, this is not listed, only Sportscenter.   So I record Sportscenter.   The next morning nothing is recorded because Sportscenter was not broadcast...The Master's was.  This was very disappointing!!

I could not find a way for me to day "Record ESPN from 7:30 to 10:30 on Saturday AM.".

How is this done?
