Hour long shows only scheduled for 30 minutes

This is a question for Comcast: A Food Network show called Battle of the Brothers had its final two episodes moved from a Sunday evening spot to 8 am on Tues/Wed this week.  The show is an hour long show, but Comcast only aired the first half an hour of each episode.  So right in the middle of both the 5th and 6th episodes, the show just cuts off b/c Comcast only included 30 minutes on its schedule.

Why would such a scheduling decision be made?

There appears to be no way to watch the full episodes as they are not available on demand.

Yes and this is why is did not record these episodes.  Anyway, I started another thread bringing to light that Episodes 5 and 6 are not On Demand.  I have modified that thread because Episode 6 is now On Demand.  But Episode 5 is still not On Demand.  In fact, there are quite a few FoodNetwork and HGTV shows that are missing episodes On Demand that should be available On Demand.  Hopefully Comcast or Discovery will fix this problem.

Thanks.

I was able to view the full episode 5 by going to Foodnetwork.com.  You can select your cable provider and watch it.  So I watched 5 on my laptop and then watched 6 on demand.

I was a bit annoyed FN never aired the final two episodes on Sundays.  I think they're trying to force people to sign up for discovery +.
