Hitz replacing Cinemax? Really?
You're replacing all of the Cinemax channels from packages with this on-demand Hitz garbage that has a "rotating list of more than 200 movie titles"?
And, of course, you're not lowering the price of our packages either. How do you really see Hitz as an equal replacement of Cinemax? We're losing six channels, all of Cinemax's original programming, and they currently have almost 300 movies on-demand.

I am confused, Hitz has replaced Cinemax yet Cinemax still shows in the guide for channels 319 and 320 but with no access to the channels. Further more Hitz is on channel 323 and Hitz2 on channel 324 in the guide it shows certain movies are playing at the current time which is 3:41pm on August 21 2019 shows Four Weddings and a Funeral on Hitz and Stargate on Hitz2 yet when you try to go to those channels it just gives you on demand options, my point is why have the channels listed in the guide with Movies supposedly playing if it is just an ondemand service.
Also on a side note can we somehow make the x1 remote understand that epix on demand is not the same thing as FX on demand?

Not happy with Hitz as a replacement for Cinemax. As far as I can tell, my bill did not go down when Cinemax was removed and Hitz is no equivalent. You can't even record Hitz movies to watch them at your convenience. I see that I can now add Cinemax back for an additional $12 per month. Right. Instead, I plan to add it back to my lineup by renting it on Amazon Prime for less than $12. Jerk move Xfinity.

I have a contract with you to provide certain viewing opportunities.
If I happen upon hard times and need to change my bundle, you charge me through the nose for the same services, minus the one I want to get rid of. I actually pay the same amount, if not more, than I am currently paying to have only 2 services instead of 3. Now you change my service, without my permission I might add, by removing channels and replacing them with garbage programming. To add insult to injury, you want to charege me to have the same programming I had a few months ago.
And you wonder why people switch to the dish or limit the services they get from you.

One day I have Cinemax and the next day I don't.
I think my monthly rate should be reduced since I have lost a premium channel!!!!

We were all set to watch a movie on Cinemax this evening and discovered that it's no longer a part of our $250 a month plan. I'm so irritated right now - HITS is a joke and is a sad replacement of Cinemax...
I'm already paying too much for cable - it might be time to evaluate another option...

Has anyone noticed that the ONLY place you can find HITZ is on Comcast? Why? Does Comcast own HITZ?

See https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/starz-changes. Expect this to change in coming weeks.

Still annoyed about losing CINEMAX. We should have been given a choice to either get HITZ or have our bill reduced. Better yet, offer us the new DISNEY channel as a substitute (although cheaper than CINEMAX).
An ad in today's Chicago Tribune says XFINITY no longer carrying the series Power on STARZ. Will XFINITY soon take away STARZ from us and give some horrible substitute?
XFINITY--if you take away services from us, give us the option to reduce our bill!

If I wanted to watch these movies, I'd go to my parents house and dig out their VHS collection. HITZ over Cinemax? Does Comcast really think that this a great upgrade? Please...
Cant wait to dump Comcast when my contract runs out.
