H&I missing in Michigan. Frustrated and irritated.

With so little programming of any worth available, we watch a lot of the older shows on H&I.   Really frustrated with the exorbitant amount we pay for [Edited: Language].   Anything worth watching requires another paid service and then you take away what we do watch.   How do we get it back?
