It's included in the video price and is an itemized charge on your bill based on Xfinity's costs of providing the regional sports networks the company carries on cable systems in each area. These costs include the fees that RSNs charge Xfinity to carry them on its cable systems, fees that are among the fastest growing components of the company's programming costs. The RSN Fee isn't a government-imposed or mandated fee and increases from time to time.
