heroes and icons

Heroes and Icons video stream is extremely choppy. Problem occurs both via X1 box and Stream.  All other channels seem to be ok. Channel 232 in north Fulton, GA.

I have confirmed that the over-the-air broadcast on channel 69.7 is working properly.
