Help with cable service

All of my tv's just stopped working stating error code XRE-00021 We're having some trouble on our end.  This channel isn't currently available.... and NONE of my channels are working when I tune to other channels!  I've been trying to call 1-800-COMCAST and the calls are not going through.  Please help (call me at [Edited: "Personal Information"])
