Same issue...I was getting CNN, but not MSNBC, and channels were taking awhile to load...MSNBC never loaded.  I just completed a system refresh and that seemed to resolve the issues.  I have MSNBC now.  Good luck!

I am having the same problem. I am missing most of my channels (cnn, tbs, tnt, Comedy Central, hbo, and the list goes on), which started today. Been on the phone with different reps since 5:30pm with no solution. If I go to On Demand it says I need to subscribe to the channel. I have Preferred + with hbo and showtime, so I know I have these channels. Also when I tried to sign into hbo on my phone it wanted me to add hbo to my subscription. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just found out I can access most of the missing channels in the guide under favorites, but Free to Me shows way less then I should be getting.

Ok. This is what happened to me. I had tried everything. System refresh, unplug, send signal, etc. was on the chat assistant and also phone support. Nothing. Fed up I unplugged and headed to the local store to get a new box and it was closed! ☹️ So I came home plug it al back in and walla it worked! I have no idea. But it was disconnected completely for 3 hours. Good luck!

I've done many system resets and refreshes without any luck.  This is the error I get

Updating to say that this is an ongoing issue. System reset fixes it, but I’ve had to do a reset several times in the past 2 weeks, which is not very convenient as it takes 10-20 minutes each time.

That code means it is a signal issue. The signal to that box is too weak or noisy for it to tune into some of the channels.
