HD Channels No Longer Available

As others have mentioned, a few days ago we lost all HD channels on our second TV box (main X1 box still works fine).  Keep getting error message on the second TV box stating that we need to upgrade our account to HD and only SD is available.  Is there a fix for this?

Hello, @FrozenFish Can you provide the TV box model that is not broadcasting HD? Have you been receiving notifications to upgrade equipment?

This is happening to me right now on all 3 of my hookups! They can't explain why.
