Hbomax
No longer available, though i pay for HBO. And when i try to sign in to hbomax via providers, i get a message saying that mine is not the primary account. Well, it's the only Xfinity account we have.

When did this start?
Have you tried checking different usernames to see which email address is tied to your account? I would like for you to start with this link http://xfinity.com/getstarted and follow the steps to locating your primary username and from there log into that account to see if you're able to watch.
