HBOmax is not working on my TVs - even after 2hrs with agent. Is it only me or is this a broader problem. I do not have the time for a 20min reset every time I call xfinity for them to do anything. Frustrated

Mine stopped working to. It tells me to sign in. I go through all the steps and it still tells me I need to sign in. Just a continuous cycle...
I tried doing the system refresh thing and it didn't work.
I have the same sign in problem...the app is a POS. From what I can tell this has been an issue for over 6 months. If they can't deliver a fix then I'm cutting the cord, makes no sense to pay for nothing.
Same Issue with me. Quit working a day or so ago.
After clearing cache and reauthenticating it still would not work on Xfinity (other methods fine phone/pc etc.) I was only able to get it to work by unplugging xfi box for 30 seconds and powering back up. Then went back to HBO Max app, re-signed in again as Xfinity as provider and it seems to be working now. No longer get stuck in the Home page/account loop.
