@user_a4347e, if you have this issue again, you can troubleshoot it from the Xfinity app. Sometimes just running a system refresh will do the job. We are here for you 24/7 as well.

Hard to say sine the movie title has been removed from the library. Guess that’s one way to fix it. I’ll try Amazon.
