HBO Max says subscription through Xfinity has expired, but it's in my service plan
HBO Max is included in my Xfinity plan, but when I try to see HBO Max content I get an error message saying the subscription has expired. [EDIT: Language*]?

Hey there @user_ed5de7 thanks for connecting with us here in the Xfinity Support Forums. The first thing we would recommend would be confirming your account subscription;
Access the X1 Manage Channels App
Note: Channels to which you are currently subscribed will already be check-marked and will appear as "Subscribed (with a price)."
If after verifying your subscripion you see a Can’t Verify Subscription error message when playing content or trying to log into the HBO Max app on your Xfinity X1 TV Box or Xfinity Flex streaming TV Box this is likely to happen when the Xfinity password has been reset or HBO is blocked via Parental Controls.
