Hello,

I am getting an error when I try to watch HBO MAX. It’s included and I have been watching it a long time.

The message says can’t verify subscription.

Hey there, @user_68fb33

Lets check into your account to make sure the HBO MAX is set up and looking good. Our team here on the forums wants to make sure we help out and that your services are working as intended. Can you please send our team your full name and full service address via private chat? To send the requested information:
  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support"
there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
  • Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Did they fix your issue? I'm experiencing the same thing and NOTHING they have me try fixes it. Maybe you got hooked up with someone who knows some trick the other agents don't know about.
