I was using my HBO max and Disney Plus streaming apps through my Xfinity X1 service and as of a week ago neither work. I will start pulling up the app then screen just goes black. I called customer service a few times and they don’t know what they are doing they just read off a script, unplug your box, I’m going to send a signal. I need someone that is not just reading from a script. What is the problem??? I know its not the apps because they work on my ipad and phone. My parents are having the same issue at there house with the same thing. Please tell me what to do

I am so very sorry to hear that you are having an issue using these apps on your X1 devices. I know I find it so much easier to access these services. I would love to get to the bottom of the connection issues with these apps.
