HBO max cannot select title

My hbo max does not work- when I try to select a title it goes back to menu and doesn’t play movie. I can play a trailer but not title. This has been happening for weeks.

 I know how upsetting it can be when things don't work as expected. I would like to help you with your HBO Max concern. Are you watching the channel on the App from a mobile device or flex box?
