HBO channel will not work

I have a plan that includes the HBO channels and I pay for HBO Max streaming. Yesterday the channels all disappeared from my guide and when I go to the channel it says we need a subscription. I did a full chat with a rep yesterday and she tried a couple of things then said my system should be fully reset in an hour and it should work. It still isn't working. Any suggestions? The streaming works fine, it's just all of the channels I have always gotten that are gone. I did click to subscribe but it ends up looping back to the channel that tells me I need to subscribe.

The exact thing is happening to me today. It tells me to subscribe when I try to watch a live HBO movie that is on, but it’s fine if I go into the HBO app and try to watch it there. Very frustrating.

Hello @user_njukgg, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry you’re still dealing with this, especially after already spending time with a representative trying to get the HBO channels restored. I can understand how frustrating it is to have the channels suddenly disappear from your guide even though they’re included with your plan. Since Max streaming is working, but the live HBO channels are still showing that a subscription is needed, we’d be happy to take a closer look at your account and see what may be causing this. For your privacy and the security of your account, If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
