Hallmark Movies
We subscribed to Hallmark in order to watch certain movies, but whenever I try to log into the Hallmark app, it’s asking me to create an account. I can’t log in because I never created an account that way; we simply agreed to the subscription service when we opted to watch the movie. How do I log into Hallmark?

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @user_sdyj42. Normally you would sign in with your Xfinity username and password if you set that up through your cable box. If you are still having problems you can send us a direct message here with your full name and complete address.
To send a direct message [private message]:
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
