I know how much I enjoy my favorite programming, and we definitely want you to be able to watch all the channels in your line-up, so I'd love to help in any way that I can! Are you still unable to view the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries channel? If so, what troubleshooting have you tried so far? Did you know that you can send reset and/or refresh signals directly to your TV Box(es) using the Xfinity My Account App? For something as basic as a channel issue, the app can often help resolve things quickly :)
