Hallmark HD missing

Today, our Hallmark HD is completely missing. We have reset the TV box per the troubleshooting, looked it up on the Hallmark Channel website, typed the channel number manually and everything says it doesn't exist anymore. The regular Hallmark Channel is there but very poor picture quality. We checked all the Xfinity channel lineup information and it is still listed there. 

What happened?

No, the channel is not listed anywhere. We looked through all the variations of the guide and the channel is skipped entirely.

Just talked to tech support. The gentleman said they’re in the process of moving some HD channels and this is one of them. I’ll keep checking daily to see where it is. 

 

He he did remind me that the SD channel is still there, but who wants to watch SD any more????

I am SO glad you asked Hallmark Channel HD!! I thought I was going crazy when I couldn't find it anywhere nor could I find any information. Tried to watch the "regular" and just couldn't do it. Guess I will keep my fingers crossed 🤞 that it's back tomorrow evening.

Based on what we can see, Hallmark has been removed from our subscription and I am not happy about it!

I can no longer live stream on my phone as I have for the last several months. When I try to live stream, I get a message that says I must subscribe to that that channel.

Comcast... what is going on?

Same problem here. I called Comcast last night and they had no clue what was going on, lady told me the channel is gone, but then said she wasn't sure. Told me she rebooted it on her end so it would appear on my end. I waited the hour she said...reset/restarted...HD channel so still gone.

We went in finally to our local Xfinity store and the employees there had not been told anything about Hallmark HD. They were frustrated as they couldn't help, but advised us to call corporate and complain.

Please call Comcast Corporate at 215-286-1700 and politely complain. I spoke with a very nice lady who told me it is a known issue and it has been escalated to their a Technical dept, but the cause is unknown at this time.

Comcast! What have you done?!?! Hallmark HD is missing??? My wife is freaking out! Is Lacey Chabert missing?!? What have you done with her?!?! How are we going to find out if that real estate agent has a change of heart?? How will we know if that businessman decides to drop his endeavors for the pursuit of love?? How will we know if she fits in with the royal family after he drops a bombshell that he is a prince?? Watch in in standard definition?? No, Comcast. Not today. Not today.
