Same for me. Found it in SD, but frustrated by the sudden disappearance with no notice. Would be nice if someone from Xfinity would at least respond and explain.
Hi, this is not a channel I usually watch but I just checked and I am receiving this channel 1458 Hallmark HD, I also checked Hallmark Drama that I read some customers are having problems with and I am receiving this channel also.
I have TV preferred but I also am paying for the "sports and entertainment package" to get TCM, if there is any relationship to this situation.
1458 has been gone since yesterday. I talked with Comcast/Xfinity and they are trying to tell me that Hallmark has quit doing it in HD. That can't be true. Hallmark would not quit showing their main channel in HD. I asked if it was a money thing between Hallmark(Crown Media) and Comcast and nobody there knows. This is ridiculous.
Please call Comcast Corporate at 215-286-1700 and politely complain. I spoke with a very nice lady who told me it is a known issue and it has been escalated to their a Technical dept, but the cause is unknown at this time.
I don't know if this will temporarily help others to veiw, but I just checked this site entering my zip code and I am getting all the Hallmark HD channels listed for my zip code through Comcast.
When we talked to our local representative, she said that corporate had said nothing to the representatives and employees about what's happening. She highly recommended calling corporate.

We know the channel, if 1458. What's happened is 1458 is no longer in our channel lineup. Hallmark is only showing as 137 which is not HD.
