Hallmark Drama and Ovation suddenly require a subscription?

Suddenly my TV says I need subscriptions to Hallmark Drama and Ovation, although I watched them last night. 1. Are they no longer part of my package? 2. Does Xfinity notify subscribers when channel lineups change, or do we just find out by accident? 3. Is there a listing ANYWHERE of what channels are actually a part of my plan?
