Hallmark Channel programs come on too soon

Posting from Portland, OR: It seems that the timing of the two Hallmark Channels (718 and 719) have been shifted forward since we changed to PDT. All the Hallmark-produced shows are over by 7:00!! I finish watching the news and all there is to watch is reruns of Golden Girls! If you check the Hallmark website, you'll see that Golden Girls are not supposed to start until 10pm (or maybe 9 pm Pacific). Please fix this!  https://www.hallmarkchannel.com/schedule
