H& I missing 386

Comcast tv Guide shows channel 386 as being the H.And I channel.

Yesterday around nine pm  The TV Guide was still showing h, and I, but for some reason, the nest channel is being Broadcast

Did Comcast do away with H&I  channel in the tucson area

profdata1701 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I would check to see if the same show is appearing on the Xfinity Stream app as well. Have you tried the automated troubleshooting to refresh the box? I checked locally as well and am seeing H&I still listed on the guide and current program.

Again h and i not broadcasting.  What is going on? I got a message today that i can now subscribe to h and i. Why wont comcast tell anyone what is going on. This is my favorite channel.  I will cancmy account and go back to cable if i need to. It is all about the same price now, with 10 channel subscriptions..

Hello, @user_ahe55u The removal of H&I was made by the local station that switched to Univision. The https://www.handitv.com/ site will show all the options to watch that channel on different stations. Since this is a change on their end, this is not something we have control over. I realize this is dissapointing news. But hopefully this information helps a little.

Have you attempted to view the channel recently to see if you are receiving the black screen still? Do you also receive an error codes or error messages when visiting the channel?
