H & I Channel suddenly froze and went black
I was watching Star Trek Deep Space Nine tonight (July 18th) on the H&I Channel 698 and suddenly it froze around 10:20 pm and then went black. It has been black for over an hour. Seriously, [Edited: Language]? It's black on all the channels where H&I is shown. This happened previously a couple of months ago. I'm in the SF Bay Area.

@user_nk5457 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I can understand how frustrating it can be when you aren't able to watch your programming. Just to confirm, at you able to watch that channel now? If so, have you experienced any other times when the channel was interrupted since 7/18?
