Guide's Favorites list completely disappeared
I added a channel to Favorites without realizing it was already in Favorites.
All favorites disappeared except for the channel I added.
This was reported about five years ago, Xfinity said it was a known bug and were working on it.

Hello @myrong1, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. So to clarify you keep making a favorites list, and then it will delete everything on that list every once in a while?
