Gritty Grit channel
GRIT channel 208 in Sarasota has unwatchable static noise and choppy reception on Xfinity. Are they still on Xfinity here? Why is only this channel's transmission messed up?

@user_1bua8p That would be quite a frustrating experience when you're attempting to relax to a program you're looking forward to viewing on that specific channel. I do not see any known issues with that network currently and we can get this reported to our backend teams. The Xfinity app is also a great tool to use for troubleshooting technical issues with your services. Working within that system we ask similar troubleshooting questions and if the system is unable to resolve the issue it will connect you with a representative or skip to setting up an appointment for one of our awesome technicians to go out and resolve the issue. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
