Great American Family schedule on TiVo is shifted 3 hours
Hi - we get Great American Family, GAF, on two channels, 484 and 1461. In both cases, when we look at the channel guide on X1, we see the correct programming schedule. However, when we look at those channels on our TiVo, which is receiving Xfinity guide info via a cablecard, we see the programming shifted three hours later. For example, on X1, I see that A Wisconsin Christmas Pie is scheduled to start at 3:00 pm Pacific, but on TiVo, it shows the start time as 6:00 pm Pacific. This is only happening with the two GAF channels. Can you help us fix this? It's been this way for several months. Thanks.

Guide data for TiVos is supplied through its Internet connection. It does not pass through Comcast/Xfinity or the CableCard. It's possible that Comcast/Xfinity is passing along the wrong feed. It's also possible that TiVo is supplying bad guide data. To report a problem with guide data, log in to https://tivoidp.tivo.com/tivoCommunitySupport/s/reportlineup?language=en_US.
