golf channel problems

why is this the only channel out of all the hundreds of channels. that goes black, pauses, goes mute...so annoying when watching live events

Xfinity TV box, Streaming App on a smart TV or mobile device. Have you attempted any troubleshooting on your own or through the tools in the Xfinity App?
