Glitches on PBS channel
I have noticed that there are frequent glitches - e.g., interruptions during scenes that are pixelated, stall, then skip ahead, or move forward with no audio for a few seconds - particularly on WTTW (the PBS channel). Lately we have seen this also on NewsNation. Seen on more than one TV.

Same exact problem. This has been happening for a while on all my TV's and others I've talked to say the same. I watch WTTW on either ch# 915 or 1011 on Xfinity cable boxes, 5 TV's; 3 with XG2 boxes and 2 with HD-DTA. The problem looks to me to be with either WTTW or Xfinity.

Also have experienced this problem in Yorkville for months seemingly only on PBS HD channels. When I called customer support she advised having a tech come out so have an appointment for tomorrow, but seriously doubt it's a problem with my equipment. Have also reported the issue to WTTW and have not received any feedback.

Exactly same problem here. The troubleshooting steps make no sense, since it only affects PBS. It must be a problem with the signal feed for that channel (802, 1002).

@user_0tg61f et al. My channels are 915 and 1011. I've noticed that it seems to glitch most often around the 15 minute marks, plus or minus about 5 minutes, h:00, h:15, h;30, h:45. I wonder if xfinity has checked the signal at their headend? The signal goes through a lot of "manipulation" before it gets to us users.
Since anyone that doesn't have this problem won't be reading this thread, could someone maybe find a neighbor that doesn't use xfinity (antenna, other service, etc) and find out if they're having the problem, too? All of the folks I know use xfinity and they're having the same problem. The steamers I know don't watch wttw and where I am we can't get it by antenna.
