Gig user and still can't get peacock premium

It's been over a month and I've been trying to get my peacock premium activated. I contacted xfinity multiple times and they keep going in circles. I am a gig user and was told I would receive an activation email. Never happened. I was told I would see a banner on the rewards page. Didn't happen. Was told to click on assistant and would see a banner. Nope. I need help

I am having the same problem. I upgraded to the Gigabit Internet and I am allegedly a diamond rewards member based on 2 emails (although it doesn’t show it when I log in) and can’t get anything to work. I’ve spoken to agents and used the “assistant” and for the run around every time. 

DO BETTER COMCAST!
