GetTV is a broadcast network carried by one of your local TV stations. You would need to find out if a local station carries it, and if they have an agreement with Comcast to pass it on.

Boomerang is unlikely to ever by added. It's been asked about for many years. Some areas that used to have it (systems bought by Comcast) dropped it when the agreement with the original cable system expired. There is a streaming subscription version. Realistically, Comcast is more likely to start dropping channels than add them.
