FX channel

We are constantly unable to watch FX. When we attempt to go to the channel, it shows “Sorry, we’re having trouble connecting” with error code XRE-03059. 

We’ve occasionally had luck with the channel, but we also frequently see that it’s heavily pixelated or will only show the picture from the previous channel
