Thanks for your question, @ThatDonGuy. That is a possibility. I live in WA State and could get FS1 but FS2 was not offered in my market at all. That has since changed and I get both know but I know that can be the case from time to time. In your area, both channels are listed under Fox Sports 1 but it has both feeds. FS1 should be on 408 and FS2 should be on 410. Can you please check and see if you can access both feeds?

Hi, @marysnow. Thank you for reaching out. The availability for some networks/channels can vary by region or channel line-up. It does appear, however, that FS2 is not available for you at this time. If you aren't sure what is included in your plan, you can always double-check your channel line up online using this link https://comca.st/3LaamcH or by using the My Account App as well. I emailed you a link with instructions as well just in case.

On another subject related to FS2, the video quality isn’t very good and it takes a long time to load (I assume it’s an IPTV feed?). Any way this can be upgraded?

It's possible - for some strange reason, there are some cities that get FS1 but not FS2
