Frustrating
We are part of a HOA community in Florida do not have the option of canceling. Just have to pay for another provider so we can have our NBC during the time of the blackout and negotiation, I would like to know how will I be compensated for the additional expense of adding on a package that provides me with my channel. You didn't save me any money or any of the people that are locked in HOA contracts.

Hello @user_hcqbrf With the bulk community HOA deals those charges are paid to the HOA not us directly with those plans. That is not something we can credit anything as those payments go to the HOA. You would need to discuss with the HOA if they have an option to opt out of paying for the plan if you went with another provider.
