Frustrating

We are part of a HOA community in Florida do not have the option of canceling. Just have to pay for another provider so we can have our NBC during the time of the blackout and negotiation, I would like to know how will I be compensated for the additional expense of adding on a package that provides me with my channel. You didn't save me any money or any of the people that are locked in HOA contracts.
