freezing tv

I have only been with xfinity for 3 months and both my tvs have problems with the tv channels freezing

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with your TV channels freezing. Have you performed any troubleshooting? For example, our Xfinity App has some great self-help troubleshooting tools to diagnose your picture quality issues. It can even recommend a technician appointment if necessary. Also, have you checked the cabling and outlets for loose connections or damage. This includes splitters that may be failing as well.
